Question about LG WM-2077C Front Load Washer
Most commonly caused by a bulky or off balanced load set to spin at too high a speed. (low speed spin required for those loads) If not a load issue, the next most common reason is a bad Hall sensor (located on the motor windings. easy replacement, and part is covered under the 5 or 7 year motor warranty) After those causes, next on the list, could be a stripped out spline on the motor rotor, the shaft of the drum drive spider could have broken loose, there could be a poor electrical connetion or bad wire between the Hall sensor and the main board, the main board could be bad, well, you get the idea. You may need a service call if it wasn't a load issue.
