check the sheet to be in the right position for the picture..if it is a portrait (vertical ) and it is set for a landscape (horizontal) ..it will print just 3/4 of it ..always get into the print preview and set those things ...
From it I got the part number for the broken part: JB64 00094A.
A little more work with Google and I found an 800 number for Samsung customer suport:800-726-7864
They gave me the Web address of the Samsung parts supplier: www.samsungparts.com.
The price of the part was $1.85, but after shipping and handling it came out as about $11. When I placed the order I got a message " This part may not ship immediately." Don't know how long it will take, but I assume it will eventually arrive. Meanwhile, I have removed the button and can reach in through the hole and press the microswitch on the circuit board with the eraser end of a pencil.
If this is actually a printer issue I suspect it's a memory problem. There should be a setting to print data "raw" without caching, or "as you go"...I can't remember the exact wording. Either way, if your not buffering the jobs and the problem is memory, that should slow it down but will fix it. If it doesn't, I would suggest you look at what your trying to print, because it is most likely related to what your printing and not how. Like the previous job not sending a carriage return, indicating a form feed, or some other oddity.
