My husqvarna zero turn 54 inch will not go forward or backwards. Mowed went to put up and just stopped.

Hydro units usually do not suddenly stop. Check your drive belt on the Hydros. When a Z mower stops suddenly, it is usually the belt or idler pulleys.

I have a toro zero turn z4200 starts and runs fine but when I put arms in gear, it will not move forward or backward.

Make sure the drives are engaged. Under the seat and towards the rear are two thin metal levers with finger loops. These are used to disengage the drives in order to push the mower when the engine is off. Levers towards the back to engage.
Good luck

My toro zero turn seems to overheat and stops moving from left side about half hour it runs fine.?

First check to see if you have any leaks especially on the problem let side. This includes the wheel motor. where hydro oil comes out, air can go in. either way it sounds like you need to take your pump out and open it up and check for metal inside. If you do not have any metal inside check the 5 pistons to see if they are stuck. What series hydro pump do you have?
10L 10A etc.

Was mowing and the mower wouldn't let me move forward backward left or right. I walked behind the mower and found a coil with a hook piece underneth. Bought a new coil but don't know where it goes....

sounds like the hydro release rod, at back bott of mower, what this does is releases the hydro so you can push the mower around, then you have to release this and then your hydro works

Go in reverse

The steering levers control all movement on a zero-turn mower. Just slowly pull both handles back evenly and you'll go backwards in a straight line. The farther you pull back the levers the faster it goes backwards.
