Lost instruction to a digital/analogue pod watch

This watch appears to be made by "Suunto" and if you go to their web site, you should be able to find your watch detailed there.

If you then go to "support center", you will see "download center and user guides.

Somehow I have put mine right, I held the top lefthand button in and cycled using the bottom lefthand button, hope you can do the same.

P.S. If you get a copy of the instruction it would be nice to have a copy or the link.

Meteo

1. How do you know the meteo is wrong? Are you comparing against a known good measurement device?

2. The altimeter requires adjustment every few days or whenever there's a weather change. Select the altimeter, hold the upper or lower button until you have the correct altimeter reading for where you are and it will hold for a few days.

For example, I know my home is at 100m elevation (I checked on a topo map) so I reset it to 100m when I leave the house in the morning. It varies (in my case) by over 100m in either direction, depending on the weather.
