Why does my samsung smart Tv turn off ?

Refer to the users manual page 130. The eco solutions control many of the power off features.

Another possiblity is the TV is overheating shuting down to protect itself. Check for blocked vents in the rear.

Why dose my panasonic tv keep shuting off by it salf and then got wait a while for it to come on

This could be simple or a bit harder. First thing to check is your sleep settings on the setup menu. If those are not turning it off then I would check the power supply.

My xbox keeps shuting down due to ventalation issues. Ive tried to clean the system with an air dust remover but i still keeps shuting off. My fan runs super fast all the time too.

Most likely, you have your Xbox in an area where it does not receive proper air flow and ventilation. Your fan is overworking itself from the dust and the heat of the area you're sitting it in.

Try moving your Xbox to a more open area after cleaning it, and be sure to let it dry out after using compressed air.
