Question about GE WBSR3140DW Top Load Washer
Open your lid and see you can turn your agitator both ways. If you can and it feels lose your coupling is bad.
Extremely easy fix, 6 dollar part. Grab the agitator tight and with a good amount of force pull up on it. Keep
trying if it doesn't come off the first time. Some can be a little stubborn. Once you have that off you can see
a white gear like part with a 7/16 screw in the middle. Take that screw out, pull that part off and replace it.
Part number is...WH43X10009...agitator coupling. Most appliance places will have it. This is really all I can
think with no more info then you gave. If that's not it look me up again I will be more then happy to help...
