Question about Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition
Two different things can cause this to happen.
First, it could be that the video recording software has problems, and isn't allow it to record properly.
Second, and most likely, there is a codec issue going on.
I would try downloading a codec pack, this usually fixes problems like this.
I would get a codec pack called K=lite Codec Pack.
You can Google it, as it is the most popular codec pack on the internet.
I don't know what software you are using to play the video, nut if you go to videolan.org, and download their program, it is called VLC, this might fix your problem of no picture being shown with your videos.
It is a great program, it can play just about any type of video that you can imagine, even types you may not have ever heard of.
Oh, and best of all, it's FREE!!!
I hopre this helps you out, between the two things, it should get you going again.
Good luck to you, and have a nice day !
