Kindly provide the OS name which you are using and what you are tyring to do ......... are you taking a complete image backup of system. If yes, the path of destination is not set or you dont have access right where your backup files are going shift i.e directory access rights. Also provide which tool/App you are using to take backup. Thank You!!!!
