My microwave stop working but the plate is runing

It sounds like the magnetron may have either failed or is not being supplied with the extremely high voltage required to run it.
Make sure the !!!!capacitor is discharged!!!!! before attempting any sort of repair.
Check the door interlock switches first then the high voltage diode with either an AVO model 8 on high resistance range for short circuit, the capacitor can fail and go short circuit, the feed fuse on the primary of the high voltage transformer and then finally, the magnetron is best checked by substitution.
Hope that helps.

The oven quit working--press express and the fan comes on .

You firstly need to read up on how to dis charge a high voltage capacitor before attempting any repairs.
After dis charging the high voltage capacitor you need to check what is called the high voltage fuse, the fuse within the small plasti casing with the two wires runing out from either end, it can be gfound running from the high voltage capacitor to the transformer, which looks like a large square block. Good luck.

LG microwave oven rotating but not heating

I have found that the common cause for this problem is either the 'High Voltage Fuse (HV fuse)' or the 'Magnatron Assembly'. In some instances it can easily be both.
My advice is to read throughly how to discharge a 'High Voltage Capacitor (HV capacitor)' to avoid any injury or worse yet, death.
After doing so you can find the HV fuse runing from the HV capacitor, it will be inside a small plastic casing, you will be able to see with the naked eye if it has blown. If so, replace it.
As for the magnatron Assembly, it looks like a large silver cube with a series of magnets inside it, they are not as easy to test to see if they are faulty or not so if the fuse doesnt repair the issue, replace the magnatron assembly as well. I hope this offers some help. Good luck.

Runs for about 20 seconds then shuts off

In all likelihood the mangnetron has failed, or perhaps even the Power Supply. or a fault that is shutting the system down for safety reasons You need to have it serviced by a reputable service centre/man.
Ensure you get a firm "Quote" before proceeding, and remember these days the cost of repair can equal or exceed the price of a new one.

Plz help!! microwave oven not working!!!!

You need to check the door interlock switches. If the door is shut the light should be out unless the machine is runing.

MY MICROWAVE READS F-3 AND IT PEEPS AND WON'T SHUT OFF. THE FAN KEEPS RUNING AND I CAN'T SHUT THE MICROWAVE OFF AND IT KEES BEEPING. CAN YOU HELP ME

F3 error means that the oven tempeture sensor is open circuit. You will need to replace it.

I have already forewarned you about the voltages inside microwaves. BE SURE TO DISCONNECT THE POWER!!

Hoping you could give me a FixYa for that one :)
