If this is a laptop check if this problem only occurs at certain places. For example if it is only at your home it may be an issue with a router, modem or even your ISP. See if you can bypass the router and connect your computer directly to the modem. Try to restart once connecting to be sure. If you are connecting without the router you may need to check the filters or open up ports. This would depend on the site those links are going to.
If the same issue occurs even at the office it may be a setting at your computer. Normally problems with links your email is diverted to the junk. At the top of these email it should prompt you to enable access to the link. See if you can enable them. You may do the same process for different links or programs but be careful. Only enable those you are familiar with.
