FROM THE SUPPORT WEBSITE......FOUND HERE
Nintendo DSi Shop Errors - Network ErrorThere was an issue with your connection to the Nintendo DSi Shop. Please try the following:

Go into the Nintendo DSi menu (Wrench icon on the main menu screen.

Select "Internet," and "Connection Settings."

Erase your existing Internet Connection Settings and set up a new connection.
Once you have established and tested a successful connection test, try the connection to the Nintendo DSi Shop again.

If you have verified that your Nintendo DSi or Nintendo DSi XL system's internet connection is working, then there could be a temporary issue with the Nintendo DSi Shop. Please wait awhile and try your connection again.

i am sorry the same is happening to me i suggest turning all internet connections off then re typing all the internet info i that does not work go to game stop and ask them .

You have to setup your internet connection on your DSI before being able to go on the internet and play online. Here is a step by step instructions how to setup your DSI Internet Connection:Wireless Connection:

Turn on Dsi and click on the wrench button to go to system settings.
Scroll until you see "Internet" and select it.
Select "Connection Settings"
Select "none" next to the Connection 1 button
Select "Search for Access point"
Select your preferred access point
Test Connection
Done!

It looks like you are asking how to set up your Dsi to use your internet? I can only find an answer that is english so I hope this helps.

If you have already set up your Dsi network settings and it is not connecting to the internet try entering the network password again as it is easy to make an error entering these.

How do you get internet?

Go to first icon on the dsi menu then press internet now put in your wireless router code and name.Now go to the dsi ware on the menu press "start shopping" now press "dsi ware" now press "FREE" and click "dsi browser" and wait for it to download so when download finishes go to the dsi menu and now you have internet icon press it and walla you have internet!!!

Hi

Turn on your DSi and click on the wrench icon. This will take you to the system settings.

Go to page 3 and select "Internet".

Click "Connection Settings".

Click "None" to the right of "Connection 1".

Click "Search for an Access Point".

Look for an access point that has a gold lock that is unlocked. Select that access point and your DSi should now be connected.

If you are planning on playing games online with your DSi and have WPA security, you will have to set your router to WEP security.

To do this, get back to the "Connection Settings" screen mentioned in step 4.

Click "Advanced Setup".

Click any button that says "none".

Click "Search for an Access Point".

Look for an access point that has a gold lock that is unlocked. Select that access point and your DSi should now be connected.
