Well if you know which model it is you can select it manually on ATI's website, or you could try the automatic detection tool.
The problem is that some laptop will only support drivers made by the laptop's manufacturer (Acer in that case), which never update their driver and often dont give it at all. To solve this problem, you need to use the ATI Mobility modder, a software made especially so that your laptop can use any good ATI drivers you download from their their website or from ATI's.
