1 under the sink turn off both water supplies

3 under sink unscrew the retaining nut(s)
4 on top wiggle or pry the faucet and lift up and remove.
5 know you can replace the spout and don't forget the new O ring that's why it leaks anyway. you really just need the new washer O ring .

Hey,
We have the same problem. Just called Price Pfister with the same question, and she offered to courier replacement parts free of charge. She was much too accomodating. My suspicion is that she gets this question quite regularly. Love to know if anyone has solved this problem as we like the look of the faucet.
Remove and clean the Price Pfister aerator. Turn the water on after you remove the aerator and check the flow-rate. Many new Lavatory and kitchen faucets are now equipped with Eco friendly water saver aerators. if the flow is normal without the aerator, the faucet is OK. if you want more water flow from your lavatory faucet, you will need to buy one of the old style high flow aerators from your hardware store. If you remove the aerator and still get low pressure from both hot and cold faucets, you may need to replace the faucet. Call the Price Pfister warranty phone number that came with your faucet.
Remove handle to gain access to anti scald valve you pull it out and turn it a 1/4 turn and reinsert back in and put handle on turn on and check it out.
Just move it a little at a time till it's right try counter clock wise.
this is the way most price pfister products work,it is not broken.no matter what you do you will end up with the same solution.don't spend any money on this project.
The valve went in with the flat brass end showing and the o-ring on top of that. I went to the store and found the same model so I could see the part and how it was assemble.
Does the tub spout water flow stop when the shower knob is pulled?
Was the systems pipping flushed before the shower head was installed?
It may be clogged, remove the shower head and then attempt to operate. If it is clogged you will see debris trapped in the screen at its connection point. The shower head can be disassembled - cleaned - reassembled
Is the shower head an adjustable type, that may be in the off position?
