Question about SI-TEX Neptune GPS Receiver
HI there. I am sorry to hear of your problems. Yes, typicaly if your GPS cannot get a lock or has frequent trouble getting a lock you have a bad antenna. I wish there was something i could walk you through on this to maybe correct the issue, but something like that does need to be addressed by the manufacturer. Ha ha dont let the fixya people know that i told you to take it to the manufacturer. They seem to think that us experts can walk the consumers through every problem out there. I wish that was the case. Good luck and if you have anymore questions please feel fgree to ask. :)
