Question about Microsoft Windows XP Professional SP2
Here is a link to microsoft that explains this particular trojan.
Although I work on lots of computers, and do see lots of viruses, this is not one that I see very often, but microsoft does seem to know all about it, and on the page it will give you suggestions on what to do to get rid of it.
I would go check it out, and see what you think, maybe it will give you ideas that you haven't tried yet.
However, since you are running xp, first try this:
Click your start button
next type in MRT
This will start the microsoft malicious software removal tool.
Select a FULL scan, and let it scan your entire system.
It might very well detect and remove your problem, along with any other suspicious software that it finds!
