You will need to remove the oven from the wall and remove the outer cover.
If for some reason you don't have yours, you can download your owner's manual and installation instructions free from this page.
You can also find helpful exploded view diagrams and order parts by entering your full model number from the tag on the oven here.
These models use halogen lamps. You must not touch halogen types with your bare skin, as the oils will shorten the bulb life.
You should be able to get one from a home center or local appliance parts store.
If you order it online (from the link above) it is part # 4375348.
We're happy to help you with free advice and we'd appreciate your thoughtful rating of our answer.

Most home improvement stores and even some Walmarts/Chain grocery stores/Ace Hardware carry replacements. You will need to remove the cover from the microwave oven on most models unless your bulb is inside a protective cover inside the actual oven. Take the bulb with you when you go to make certain of a proper match. Be certain to unplug the oven if you need to remove the cover in any case.

SOURCE: I have a Philips food
I tried to search everywhere on the net for available parts for your FP 5708 and unfortunately, bowls and main base are the only one available for sale in ebay.
You can try to contact Philips Support for General Inquiries on where you can contact a distributor of parts of some sort in canada. Here's their number: 1-888-744-5477
You can also send them an email through their website: Click Here
Hope this helps.

If you were to log on to the
manufacturer's web site, I think you will be pleasantly surprised as
usually one is able to download, by model number, Customer
Instruction Manuals, and a list
of Dealers for spare parts, as required.
Just Google the manufacturer's name and
follow the links. Make certain you are directed to the manufacturer's
web site as some search engines direct you to other sites and they
charge for the information that is normally free of charge.
I hope this helps.
