I have a weight watchers ww78 and it won't let me change the information for user 2. Like increase the height and age.

The batteries are old, ad, expired.. Replace with new batteries according to battery compartment label.

Whenever I try to add weight to my user it says error. Any help?

Usually I change the weight by weighing one foot and then weighing again with both. And then I keep repeating that until my results are consistent. Then that result seems to be accurate

To get into the program mode tap the scale to turn it on, while all characters are displayed press the set button. This will put it into the flashing program mode and you can enter data.

1 tap the scale to start, it show 0.0
2 tap set to set person and height, age ...( use set, up, down buttons )
done
when start use
1 tap scale to start , show 0.0 again
2 tap user again and again to choose your user
3 wait after it show your height, age, then it show 0.0 step on the scale and you're done.
