Isam of Adobe Customer Service requested further documentation from me for Case Number 0205770987 in a NO REPLY email. I was referred to Adobe Support Portal. After an hours hunting I could find anywhere to receive my document, nor could I locate my account. I have the necessary document to support my case ready to email, but no appropriate site to send it to. My search engine could not locate an address given for my account. Please give me an appropriate email address>

You need to log in to the support portal. Go to the Adobe web page, and click on 'sign in'. Use the email address that Isam mailed you at, and click the 'did you forget your password' link, which should help you get the password. If not, your only other real option may be to call them at 800-833-6687 - 6 AM to 8 PM Pacific time, 7 days a week.

I can't verify my email for my adobe id


Hi,

Try forgot password, if you have already tried it then check if you received an email from Adobe in your email account.

- If it is not there in Inbox, then check in the Junk email
- in case if it still does not work then close all the browser
- Go to www.Adobe.com and check if you signed in there
- If yes, then sign out and sign in again and try to verify the email again


If it still does not help then contact Adobe customer service on 800-833-6687 US number

When I open a PDF file the program asks for authorisation code . The pop up says that the configuration has changed and I must activate now. The activation is unsuccessful. The serial numbers and...


Unfortunately, you will have to wait for a response from Adobe to correct this issue.
Nobody else can legally generate an installation or registration code for you.

The serial number is your license to use the Adobe CS3 product. As such, it would be illegal/an infringement of their copyright for any of us here to provide you with a key. Check the box the software came with, as well as the original CD case.

My calculator fell to the floor and broke part of the screen, letting out the liquid crystal. Is there anyway that I can get it fix or where can I get it fix.


Sorry to hear about your broken screen. Some people replace the screen on their own. I feel this is a bad idea, and this procedure usually fails, and does not look pretty. You will be much better off to contact Texas Instruments for replacement that usually cost about $75 depending on their rating usage of your calculator. First, thing to do if you seek replacement by Texas Instruments is to contact Texas Instruments, and fill out a request for a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number for a product replacement. You can start that process by clicking here! Once your at their web site double click the icon Customer Support Services. Simply fill out their TI-cares Customer Assistance form. They will respond quickly with an email. All you have to do is reply to that email, and you will be given a RMA number and further instructions.

Lost serial number


Hi there!

As i understand you have lost your serial number and are trying to install Adobe on a new PC.

Have you ever registered your product online? Do you still have the original receipt? If so, call Adobe Customer Support and they would help you.
Next you could call your distributor from whom you bought the package(frys) and ask him for the receipt number or the serial number if he has the copy.
This statement is taken from Adobe site
"If you cannot find your serial number and it is not in our registration database, Adobe can reissue your serial number in certain cases. This applies only to current shipping versions of Adobe branded or Macromedia branded products, and one version prior to the current version. Please contact Adobe Customer Service with a copy of your Proof of Purchase "
