While you may have a problem with the point of entry on your fridge, your more pressing problem requires an exterminator. Roaches must have moisture to survive, and there are condensing lines on your fridge that provide that. It may take several treatments to eradicate the roaches, since when you kill the existing bugs, their eggs still will hatch. Also simply eliminating food sources for the roaches will not make them go away because a roach will dine on his dead buddies carcases.

Most likley the part you need is the evaperator. and geting one if the company is no loger in operatoin will be like hitting the lottery. If you want the part, your best bet will be E-bay.
But I have a posible solution that you could try and I have had a 50% sucess rate with and its a sealer Part number 947kit called ((( ACR super seal )))
You can look it up and read on it. Some tech's don't like it and some do.
There is no garentee that this will work for you but is worth trying if you have no other option.
you will half to put a line tap on and put a vaccume on the system befor installing the sealer then the freon.
This is a use at your own risk. cost is $30.00 to $60.00 + Line tap and freon
will work with almost all freon.

You are describing a problem to be either your water valve is stuck open or you may have air in the line creating a siphon. If with the water on, if you unplug the water valve in the back, does the water stop flowing? If yes, problem is door switch, if not, its the water valve not closing. Have you recently replaced the water filter? Did you flush out the air? If not this is called a siphon effect and can cause the water dispenser to run after dispensing water.
Those are things I would look for.
