It could because the condensate pan is not draining and when on AC, the blower is faster. Try running the heat on high fan. take a shop vac and attach it to the end of the condensate drain to remove any debris stuck in drain line.

My portable airconditioner, dimplex dac 3400, the cool function is exactly like the fan function, It doesn't blow cold air??? Do u ever need to regas this machine at any time???

Check the condensor coil to see if it is stopped up. The duct that you run outside to vent the heat that is being removed is attached to it. Does that duct move air at all or a good amount of air?? If coil is stopped up it will restrict air. Is the compressor running? If the coil is stopped up it is likely to overheat the compressor or the compressor start components may of failed. See if you can tell if it is running. It could be a bad compressor. Typically small systems issues do not have problems with freon leaks and you should never have to add freon unless you have a leak. Is there a filter on it check to see if it is stopped up. If it has ran with a dirty filter check the cold evaporator coil to see if it is stopped up. I haven't see. That exact machine but these are basic things to look for.

I just replace a hose on my jeep larado 4.0 and now its running hot, no water in oil, no sighs of any enteral damage, just getting hot, over heating

check that you do not have an air lock...while the engine is running check the hoses to see if one is cold, run the engine with the header bottle cap off and if one of the hoses has a bleed nozzle then open it until you have continuous water running and not spitting.
Do not put cold water in a hot engine though, it can blow the head gasket.

The heater is blowing cold air

Coolant system is a closed system. If you are loosing water there is definately a leak somewhere. Check all hoses after filling the system and letting it run until it's warm. Be careful when checking most systems have the water at 185-210 degrees once the vehicle is warmed up. Also check the Heater Control Valve. It allows hot water to travel to the heater core when you set the ac controls to "heat". Could be bad and leaking there. But bad hoses are the most likely culprit. Only takes a pinhole.

Ac. spits out water in the front and ac., is tilted back ,gets worse as it runs

You need to blow into the drainpipe on the outside of the building to clear the blocked drainpan outlet. This just to make sure that your drain is clear. If the problem persists. Check that the filter is clean. This can also happen if you are slightly short of refrigerant and running the aircon at 18C or lower on a humid day.

Airconditioner is on all the time now, but frosty ice is forming on the coils. The air coming out then becomes cool, but not cold and then we have to turn it on to fan in order for the ice to

most airconditioners will have a cutout or something called a defrost cycle, which turns it off for a while to let the ice melt. And if you run it flat out all the time this may happen too (happened to me in Thailand once, so I just turned it on when I was in my room - and it worked much better)
If it has just started doing it, the recycle timer may need repairing
