Question about Mozilla Firefox
Likely it is a corrupt install, or you are having problems with Windows.
If you are having problems similar to this with all of your programs I would suggest a full reinstall of whatever version of Windows you have.
otherwise, go to Add/Remove programes (or Programs and Features) in your Control panel and navigate to Mozilla Firefox or Firefox and uninstall it. Then go to mozilla's website with Internet Explorer and get a fresh install file for Firefox, and try the process again.
If this does not work, Firefox may not work well with the version of Windows that you are using, and you could try upgrading Windows or simply using a different browser like Google Chrome or Opera.
