Unplug the machine. Tip the machine back. Take the plastic cover loose from the bottom front of the machine. There are 4 screws on the right front side of the machine that form a square. Remove those and take the spring clamps off the pump hoses and wire connector. Whatever water that is in the machine will come out, have a bucket or shop vac ready. The coins or other foreign objects that are in the pump can now be removed. Hope this helps

SOURCE: washer is leaking
My washer is leaking from the same area of the drainage pump but it's leaking even before the pump turns on. Any ideas how I could fix this? Thanks so much!
