I need the armature for a Remington LNT-2, 10 inch chainsaw.

They are no longer in production and replacement parts are mostly depleted. I went here:
Remington.com
http://www.desaparts.com/index.htm
  • Type "YourModelNo" into the "Model #:" window, then click search.
  • Click the YourModelNo - Remington Electric Chain Saw "View Model" link.
  • Click “View Owners Manual” or "View Illustrated Parts Breakdown" link
Did the above (LNT-2) and found part number 107481-01 (for 10 and 12"), status BO with no delivery date.
Opened service note part number 113616-01 NLA
An Internet search for "Remington PartNumber(both)" also netted no parts.

I am sorry you are disappointed in RemingtonPower. Please do not punish me for their short coming. I provided a very good answer just not what you hoped to hear. Sorry

Where do I get a Remington 16" EL8 chainsaw repaired for what seems to be a Gear Train Failure. I need a repair outlet near Beaverton, Oregon, 97007

Remington.com

  • Type "YourModelNo" into the "Model #:" window, then click search.

I think your model is 107625. A complete "SPROCKET DRIVE GEAR BEARING KIT 747" part number "122511-01" is listed at $16.99

Are you aware Remington is no longer in production and most replacement parts are exhausted? Before driving to any repair facility please contact them. If you undertake the repair your self please call 1 (800) 475-5660 (have saw within arm reach). Inspect your saw and verify my model number matches your saw.

Please do not punish my rating because you are unhappy with RemingtonPower. I provided a very helpful answer, perhaps not the one you wanted to hear. Sorry

I need to replace the orange plastic cover that holds the adjusting rod and covers the chain sprocket on a Remingtion model 107625-02.

We like you can do no more than an Internet search. If your search nets zero hits odds are ours will too.
RemingtonPower has stopped production. Replacement parts are almost completely exhausted.

A search at RemingtonPower returns part number 108641-02, NLA
An Internet search for that part number (Remington 108641-02) finds NLA at all except M&D Mower here:
http://www.m-and-d.com/order.html?id=LxVP4Uzd
Item: CEN-108640-01; CLUTCH COVER; $22.87
Eventually the only source for replacement parts will be eBay. Consider replacement with a product from a company you expect to remain in business for 10-15 years. HTH

Lou
21st CENTURY HEATER/GRILL became Remington, then RemingtonPower. The parts supplier has had at least 3 different names. If M&D is fruitless there is nothing more we can do to help you and the sole source is eBay.

I went to great lengths to find an answer to your question and my rating should be “walks on water” with a tome about what a wonderful person I am. Punishing me for Remington’s short fall isn’t fair to me. Sorry

You provide no model number. There are at least 3 different oil caps for different saws.

RemingtonPower is no longer in production. Replacement parts are mostly exhausted. Sooner or later the part you seek will be NLA. Sorry

I need replacement brushes for the electric motor on a 16 inch remington electric chain saw.

With a little work on your part (the correct model number) you can find an IPL here:
Remington.com
http://www.desaparts.com/index.htm
The 3 models I looked at for brush assemblies all said NLA. RemingtonPower is no longer producing anything. Replacement parts are limited to what is on hand and it appears have been exhausted. We are not affiliated with them in any way, and had nothing to do with their decision to end production. We like you are limited to an on line search for any parts.
If you decide to replace this I suggest you spend a bit more and purchase a name brand (McCulloch/Poulan, 8 electric models, some at Lowes). These companies are owned by Husqvarna and I expect all to continue providing great customer service for many years to come. HTH
