Question about Bose Acoustimass 3 IV System
The terminal tabs where you connect the speaker wires into on both my acoustimass 3 modules is stuck in the closed position. How can I re-open them?
I would appreciate any help.
I was able to pry the stuck tab open with a small flat head screwdriver. After a number or repetitions of that process, plus some repeated pushing on the tabs, they started working normally.

SOURCE: accoustimass 15 speaker problem
more than likely your speaker terminals are broke. Those type of terminals have springs inside to push them down onto wires. more than likely the terminals will have to be replaced.

SOURCE: Is there a product like
Never use WD40 or any other petroleum product on anything electronic including the terminals. You may have to remove that terminal and repair or replace it. Good luck.
