Question about Garden

Open Question

I have a 5020dm Ardisam Earthquake Tiller. The tines (and wheels) turn when trying to start the machine. I just put a new belt on, could the new belt be to tight? Or am I looking at another serious problem.

I am not sure either, but I think that it would be alot cheeper to buy a new tiller, than to use your strenght fixing a old tiller that you didn't bother to keep the instructions for (no, I am not trying to be harsh. I am trying to be nice. and I am not sure about it coming with instructions, they usually do.)

Get behind the tiller as if you are ready to use it. Look down towards the tines. There's a protective cover. Remove it and you will see the belt running vertically between the motor and the tines.
