I need to know how do i download the software that enables me to transfer pics and files from my pc to my nokia 5230?

You can transfer photos from your nokia lumia 928 to laptop wirelessly or wired. Wired transfer is the easiest way when your unit comes with the data cable and the software. Now, if the software is not inclusive you can set your CP's connection settings "Connected as USB memory" however you may have difficulties in viewing since the connection layer platform is not capable of viewing the pictures or images but you can view later after you copied it on your laptop. Right then, when connection is successful you can start copying pics or images to your laptop. It is possible that the phone has hung up becausethere are errors in the software. So to reset remove the battery and the memorycard from the phone. Using your PC , scan the memory card for any corrupt filesor media files with virus- it is possible when they are downloaded from unsafesites. If so remove or format the card. Copy only valid files to the card anddo a scan before it is replaced. Now replace the card and battery and switch onthe phone. If the phone hangs up or is slow when it is switched ON , then it ispossible that the fault is relative tothe software and will need a reinstallation. Possible hardware issue cannot beruled out. Seeking help from the authorized service /supportcentre is most ideal. Take estimate and decide.

2. Go to the desired folder from when you want to transfer the music files
   
3. Go to options
4. Select Mark all
5. Go to options again
6. Select Move
7. Select the folder that you want to move the songs to

As long as you purchase another Nokia model, you can instantly transfer your entire contacts list and other information onto your new phone.


Take some time to look around at the other different modes Nokia PC Suite software offers the user. You can transfer music files using a dedicated window, where they will be instantly integrated into your cell phone's onboard music player. You can also install programs, through ".jad" and ".jar" files. This will avoid the headaches of having to download software on your cell phone, where any number of security breaches can happen.


Use Nokia PC Suite software to use your phone as a modem to "tether" your laptop to the internet as well. If you have a data plan through your cell phone provider, Nokia PC Suite software will allow you to use an EDGE or 3G connection to connect your laptop to the internet anywhere you have cell phone service. Alright so your phone plays videos in the MPEG4 format.
First make sure the video(s) you put on your phone are .mp4
Second the video file would best fit on an external flash card in your phone
Third, get a software like Windows Media Player to transfer the media
