Question about Computers & Internet
Some computers will, at startup, tell you to press F11 to recover the computer. This will restore to original factory settings.
If you created recovery disks when you bought your computer, you can use them to do the same thing.
If you have neither, you'll have to use your system disk that came with the computer (if you got one with the computer) and reinstall the operating system. Then you'll have to install all the drivers.
If you have none of these, you are basically out of luck unless you can get a windows CD/DVD

a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
