Is the circuit breaker turned on? Is there power at the controler or control box? Is there a blown fuse in the unit? Is it remote controlled or on a lead through the wall?

Temp gauge going up means your engine is getting hot, lol. Check for worn belt, oil on belt, bad thermostat or water pump. Fix this first, then check for vacuum leaks Have you changed trans fluid and filter in last two years? Ever?

Lets start at the beginning. The engine computer grounds the pump relay. The relay gets power from the EFI relay when the key switch is on and from the starter fuse when the key switch is in the start position. Do you know if the pump relay is getting power from both sources and a ground from the computer ? Can you run a hot wire to the blue black wire going to the pump and keep it running ?

Car cranks over and fires wants to start but will not

with zero history (egr valve stuck open is #1 stalls reason ) clean it.
did car run perfect last month or 10 years ago?
1: compression at 170 PSI? x4 , wide open throttle, no? all are low , then timing belt slipped, not doing the 60,000 mile service caused.
2: weak or bad spark to 1 or more cylinders, the 60k , again cures that.
3: under fueling or over fueling (flooding)
read the spark plugs to see if its dry or flooding.

I have a 2001 KIA Sephia I've had within the last 2 months the timing belt replaced, the fuel filter, pump & relay switch replaced, alternator and a new battery put in and it seems like I'

This will need a hands on inspection by a qualified mechanic. i suggest the Kia dealership, but at a minimum it needs to go to a different shop than the one you've been taking it to as they seem to not know what they're doing.

Have a 2000 GMC Yukon Denali. Won't fire.

Make sure that the belt isn't extremely tight and they the belt tensioner isn't liked up by pulling in the belt. It should move and spring right back. Make sure engine isn't locked up. And please explain what happen with the vehicle. The fact that you replace plugs and wires and fuel filter for a car that's not turning is throwing me off. So right now we are going all over the place. But definite look at belt and tensioner I've seen a few times that a bad tensioner will make the belt wrap around tighter inhibiting the engine from turning.

Here are some ideas. Try to test for weak coil (orange spark from plugs instead of bright whitish blue spark). If it's orange replace electrical coil(s). Test for air leaks from intake hoses. Make sure no air is leaking between the AIR FILTER box and the motor. Make sure you don't have to reset your "automatic fire shutoff" for the fuel pump. These can be tripped in a front end type collision or simliar incident (ran into ditch for example). Refer to your manual for the location of emergency fuel shutoff switch.

My car has 134000 miles, last year we change the water pump and timing belt. what should I dot this year

Would not hurt to change the transmission fluid and filter. Run a can of good injector cleaner in your gas.
You did real well with the timing belt and water pump.
The serpentine belt should be replaced.

Back fireing

The timing belt very well could be the problem. Those things last about 60k, 75k tops. The fuel filter should be checked( replaced ) as well. You can have the check engine checked for free at Advanced Auto. Does this car have a computer board ?

I had exactly the same problem with my five-year old my Bissell 7920, and it's probably a broken pump belt.  See page 19 of your instruction manual for how to replace.  The Bissel ProHeat belt accessory pack costs $3.99 and you get a pump belt and a brush belt.  Since you have to first remove the brush belt to get to the pump belt, you might as well replace both. The first time I did this it took me 15 minutes, but now that I know the drill, doing a belt replacement would take about 3 minutes.
