Question about SanDisk Sansa c150 MP3 Player

Frozen my mp3 is still frozen and my computer doesn't recognize my mp3 player. What do I do???

    my computer detects, but it says there is driver unrecognised. i have missed my cd. pls help me. there is no response. it doesn't switch on.

You can try to reset the device by pressing the power button for about 15 to 20 seconds..if that doesnt work I would recommend you to go to the sandisk site to update the firmware on your device or you can contact sandisk to they can help you with updating the firmware on your device..Please follow the link below to get the firmware

Have you tried restarting your device by removing the battery? Also if you are running vista, you may need to download the driver files from the manufacturer's website.

Frozen


Usually it takes a couple of tries before the computer will recognize it if it's frozen. Once the computer recognizes it, format it immediately and that should fix it.

Sansa Fuze MP3


Disconnect the player, press and hold the power button till the player resets. Change the USB mode to MTP, then turn the player off and reconnect to computer. The computer should now recognize the player.

Player frozen


You should let the battery be flat and then charge it.
It'd then work. It happened to me twice. Hope this helps.
