usually it occurs as the result of bad internet connectivity or low speed
this can be solved by using the basic HTML version in it.hence speeding up
this problem may also appear because of viruses
anti virus sofware may block it think it may be virus or spam(if deacticate antivirs and check it: do only so if you think the mail is from trusted source)
