Remove your tray.
Push it from the back and make it sure it's tight against the paper.
Move the blue button to the "unlocked" position.
Should be good to go!

most common problem on these is the rear paper stop pressing too hard against the rear of paper causing paper not to lift. make sure you have about an 1/8" gap.

first, most common problem is the rear stopper in the cassette is pressed too tightly against rear of paper. leave 1/8" gap between stopper and rear of paper. if that doesn't help, pull cassette out and locate gear on left side of cassette bay and make sure it is not dislodged.

When you ready to print your computer.please go to print properties setting paper source default or tray 1 or MP.MP mean multi pass tray.I mean front paper loading tray.
