Back to basics, drain the fuel tank and fill with fresh fuel, clean/replace the fuel filter in the tank on the end of the hose, remove the spark plug, rest on the side of the cylinder ( away from the plug hole ) crank the engine and check for a spark, if no try again with a new plug.
