You may click Start > Run > and then type devmgmt.msc and then hit OK.. You will see this screen: Under Sound controllers, right click the device and hit uninstall. Then restart the pc and go back to the device manager by clicking Start > Run > and then type devmgmt.msc and then hit OK. Then click the box Scan for Hardware Changes . Then test your PC if it has sound. Otherwise call your PC manufacturer to replace the sound card on your system
