There is an inline filter for the water source, check it to make sure it's not clogged (please be sure you are using water filter as the smallest bits of dirt will clog the unit).....also the seals on the compressor are notorious for wearing out on these but to replace them is a snap if you have the slightest bit of mechanical knowledge. Good luck.

Windshields washer wont spray

If you can hear the washer bottle motor then you know its not an electrical problem, if you can see the fluid in the lines then the best thing to do would at each connection in the hose disconnect the line and operate the washes and see if the fluid comes out (also pay attention to pressure) do this until you reach the washer nozzles. The nozzles could be blocked. now you might say that you put new lines on so the nozzles shouldn't be blocked well if you think of it the previous hose could have been partly bocked thereby stopping any **** that is at the filter on the washer motor going anywhere(most modern cars have filters on the washer motors) So by putting new lines on you have allowed the **** at the motor travel all the way to the nozzles letting them get blocked.
Hope this helps.

I think my van has a clogged windshield nozzle. The wiper fluid comes out but doesn't even squirt high enough to hit the windshield.

First try to clean out the squirter nozzles.Take a very small wire, sometimes a staple works great, and stick it into the nozzle to clear any debris. Then try to spray it again. If this didn't solve the problem and the debris is cleared, then you either have a weak or blocked pump, which is located on the washer reservoir itself.Hope I could help!!! Rate me accordingly!! Thanks!

When the spry trigger is pressed the engine boggs down and stops. Is there a relief valve stuck maybe.

This issue is caused by defective unloader or debris trapped in spray nozzle or faulty gun. Easy to check. Check system with-out spray nozzle. The engine should not labor at all when you depress trigger without nozzle. If it labors/ dies faulty gun, if no labor, install new or clean nozzle (check for correct gpm for machine) and retest. If ok, you are done, if engine labors or dies, reduce pressure by turning pressure knob as required. If reducing pressure has no effect, most likely faulty unloader. Good luck

Have power to unit. sounds like it is working. pull trigger on the gun and hardly any water comes out. turn it off and there is pressure coming out

Have you tried pulling the spray nozzle tip off and checking it for blockage? The spray tips have a tiny hole for the water to pass through, and sometimes a grain of sand or debris will get stuck inside the nozzle and restrict the water flow. Something to check.

GX 08 spray gun problem

drain your system of pressure. remove your air cap and nozzle from the gun. slowly increase fluid pressure till it comes out of gun. this will clean out debri from gun. reduce pressure so you don't wast anymore fluid.
clean nozzle properly / completely
clean aircap. properly / completely
inspect needle tip for abnormal wear.
if cleaned properly you will find your gun works much better.

Hi,

You need to reduce the pressure to the tap, if you look at the isolator valves beneath the tap, using a screwdriver turn the isolator valve screw until it stops spraying.

Ihope this helps

Not getting any pressure at nozzle.

Can anyone Solve this? My simoniz S2500 gas powered pressure washer has low pressure coming right from the outlet. It used to be high pressure until now.. I think it has something to do with the pump and if so, is there anything I can do to repair this problem? The screen is good; water comes out of the hose good, wand is ok......Just that lower pressure is at the wand even at high settings....It comes in a form of a spray in both modes......
