No, I do not have a program manual. I have CallPilot Quick Reference Card, also instructions for voice mail, feature codes - basis phone how to info. But not how to go in and change the users name on extensions when you use the intercom.

We have a Nortel Networks system T7316. One phone has the mailbox locked out and says contact admin. I have tried the 120000 code and it is invalid. What else can I try?

Feature 983 log in is 120000 (if 2 digit extension, 1020000 if 3 digit, 10020000 if 4 digit extensions)
Select Mbox, enter that locked extensions mail box number, You will see password RESET. Select RESET. Release out. This will reset that mail box password to 0000. Use feature 981 on that phone and enter the new default password of 0000. you will then be prompted to change the password.

So in other words, try 1020000, 10020000, 120000
