A4 tect pc camera with lens 2.8 i've been using this kind of webcam, its just now that it says that my cam has not passed windows logo testing to verify its compatibility, i was asked to install it but the the problem is i can't find my cd to install it i do not know on how to get the window logo. i tried to connect the cam but it say not passed window logo
the model number is underside of the cam but the divers for it are at http://www.camera-drivers.com/drivers/239/239329.htm here and they work on xp home i have this same cam and i still work on it dont have the cd for it so im still learning how to us it lol but theres the drivers for it
There must be a driver conflict with the graphics, try uninstalling the cam software and re installing and use a different usb port.
I assume there are no lines after a reboot so update your pc's graphics card driver and the latest driver for the cam.
If you are having general graphic problems, go to My computer,
right click>properties>hardware tab>device manager and in the list look for graphics adapter, click on the '+' sign to your graphics adapter and right click and select uninstal.
reboot pc and the graphics controller will be re installed and the driver also automatically
