We cleaned out our sub zero yesterday so the door was open for a long time. Now the water dispenser is not dispensing cold water at all.

Please tell me you cut the power to the fridge before leaving the doors open. Assuming you did I would have
to say it's going to take awhile before the water in the reservoir gets cold. I don't work on a lot of Sub-Zeros
but if I had to guess I would say that's it. Give it some time before getting water. See what happens. I can tell
you personally no body likes working on them.

What can be done about a dispenser assembly 4200960 water nozzle spewing water outwards on kitchen floor instead of vertically down into glass? instead of changing the whole assembly

Well changing the dispenser would have no effect on your issue. Open the door and look up into the ice chute. You should see where the water comes out. Sometimes hard water deposits at the end of the nozzle will make the water spray out I the wrong direction

Too easy to open my sub zero refrigerator right after closing

Does it have a dispenser? Is it still cold inside? The fridge side is not nearly as hard to open as the freezer side, and that is normal...especially for models that have an ice and water dispenser.

Door panel to dispense ice and water doesn't work. the bulk ice dispenser inside the refrigerator is working.

I have the same problem. I have to turn off the power button on refrigerator and turn it back on again. Then the ice dispenser and water dispenser will work again. It happened very often.

In door water and ice cube not working

Water dispenser is a simple touch switch in door energizing a solenoid water valve behind ventilation grate above refrigerator. Water tube runs down into and ends at ice dispenser chute. Should hear solenoid click at top of fridge when activate water touch switch. Can unhook discharge side of solenoid valve temporarily to prove water output. If water dispenser tube acts blocked it could be frozen where it ends-look up the hole at the bottom of refrigerator control buttons.
Ice maker is totally different system. No clicking when push ice button but ice in bulk tray may mean the simplest of malfunctions: Ice bin not pushed in the last half inch if ice auger not lined up with drive pegs. There are hidden switches behind ice bin that need to be engaged or nothing will happen in the ice maker: no auger noise, no clicking, no new ice making. Ice bin will be flush with sheet metal if it is in the right spot. Also plastic juice rack won't hang properly if ice bin not pushed in all the way.

No water or ice through door

sounds like the dispenser assembly is not sensing that the trap door is opening fully, so it wont send power to the auger motor or fill valve. If you are pretty handy, you can disassemble the door and take out the dispenser assembly and try to take the assembly apart and correct the throw on the trap door. Otherwise, I'm afraid you need a new dispenser to the tune of about $250 parts and $225 trip and labor. Good luck!
