Unplug the charger, remove the battery, press the power button for at least 1 minute.
plug in the charger, try starting the computer as normal, if nothing happens and it's under guarantee then contact asus (good luck). if not under guarantee, try removing and reinserting the memory. if that doesnt work expect the worst. you might want to take it to your local repair shop.
