Possible problems are a bad evaporator fan motor or a defrost problem. If the back panel in the freezer is frosted up then it is a defrost problem. If no frost listen for the fan in the freezer. If you don't hear it then it may be the problem. Not circulating the cold air.

you have a defrost problem, if SxS ref. most likely bad defrost heaters. They are behind interior back wall. Sounds like you have a GE.

SOURCE: freezer cold but not fridge
too much ice bulid up will stop enough cold air being blown into the fridge.Try turning it off letting all ice melt then turn it back on again and set thermostat at a lower temp. There may be ice you can't see.
