Hi, think the solutions 1 and 2 didn't match your problems. You have to at first reset by, turn on the radio and wait for half an hour or more until the text "code" appear on the screen. Then you can enter your code. You have to press the "PS" button when you enter the keys 1 to 4. God luck. I had the same problem but this procedure helped me.

If you have the manual you probably already know this, but just in case, after entering the 4 digit code you also have to push the right part of the search tuning rocker switch.

When the car battery is replaced the Player reset and so the code given by the manufacturer must be typed into the player on switch so that the set opens to the menu.
Please check up with the dealership for the codes as these are available on the database of the car.
