Check it in all usb ports
try using it in different PC(if working in other PC's formatting will solve the issue)
check for viruses
go to device manager(right clicking my computer)
go for the usb ports,check the status if desabled enable it
most of the mp3 players supplies its software (driver) with it ,many of them works only in the presence of these softwares
still problem exist reply
