Please give some more details.
I suppose it's the problem that your Sansa e250 MP3 Player won't turn on.
You could turn to Sansa official support.

My sansa SanDisk 4gb player locked up and won't do anything

Slide the power switch up all the way and hold it there for fifteen seconds or so. This will reset the player.
If this doesn't, please reply to this post and we can go from there.

HI,
Try these steps:

STEP 1 - Reset the device
1. Slide the Power switch up and hold it for approximately 20 seconds.
2. Release the Power switch once the device is powered down.
3. Turn the device back on.

How can I get my Sansa m250 to power on??

If your Sansa Connect won’t start check to make sure the device is
charged and the hold switch is in the unlocked position. If the device still
will not start, you may need to run the Sansa Device Recovery application.
With a copy of the Sansa Device Recovery application installed on a PC,
you can connect your to the device via the USB cable to the PC, and
restore the device software to an uncorrupted state. However, all of your
subscription settings and content will be removed from the device.

or google the sansa connect recovery tool
