The Aragon 3002 and 3005 are power amplifiers that are no longer in production. Here are some general guidelines for testing, bias/DC adjustments, and levels for power amplifiers:
Testing:
Check that the amplifier is receiving power and that the power switch is turned on.
Check that the speaker connections are secure and the speakers are working properly.
Connect a source such as a CD player or turntable to the amplifier's inputs.
Set the volume level to minimum and gradually increase the volume to the desired level.
Bias/DC adjustments:
Bias and DC adjustments are typically performed by a qualified technician using specialized equipment.
Improper adjustments can damage the amplifier or speakers, so it is important to have a professional perform these adjustments.
Levels:
Levels refer to the volume of the amplifier's output.
Adjust the level to match the desired listening volume, keeping in mind that excessive volume can damage speakers and harm hearing.
Use caution when adjusting levels, as sudden increases in volume can cause hearing damage or damage to equipment.
Maybe your tv is in hotel mode. You'll have to contact the manufacturer of your tv to get the service mode code for the remote to change the volume level.

Do you accidentally have it muted? The Mute button, located on PASSPORT's top panel and SmartCord. Have you turned up the volume on it? Volume Control (VOL) To increase or decrease the audio volume, press and hold the (+) or (-) volume control buttons located on the top case. A
sample alert tone will be generated, along with a corresponding bar-graph on the display. Once you have reached your desired volume level, simply release the button. This level will be stored in
memory. In Preferences Auto Volume is the default. This feature will increase the audio alert level automatically when the ambient noise in the vehicle is high. Good luck.
first of all u can increase volume during call by pressing right button (middle one). but i think ur phone is set to max and u dont hear much - in this case probably some "metal dust" sticks on your speakers membrane - open case clean speaker gently or replace with new one...
When the volume increased did the display show it doing so as if someone was turning the knob? I mean did the volume go from like level 15 to 30 or did the unit's level stay constant while the audio volume increased? Were you alone or sharing the room with a jokester who has a universal remote? Does this problem occur when the batteries are removed from your remote? Are you sure the 'volume up' button on the unit itself is disengaging properly after being pressed?
We used canned air to blow dust from the volume control slider connection. It did increase the volume, not quite to the original level, but to an acceptable level.
