in that case, ur phone has a keypad malfunction... in most cases the history of a phone is either water damage or drop off...
if u know how to dismantle your phone check the keypad membrane see if it is corroded or not... test it using a tester whether it has a supply... check also the flex.. maybe it has a damage.... check also the keypad crystal ic......
