I spent a little time researching your question. I cant seem to find any drivers avaliable for a Astra 4100. There are drivers avaliable from UMAX the manufacturer of your scanner but these drivers are for the 4000 model. On UMAX's website I did find a work around for you. Click the link below it will take you there and this may correct your problem.
