YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. UNABE TO CONTACT ANYONE. NEED TO CANCEL THE PAYMENT NOW. WRONG SITE TO PAY BILL, BECAUSE IT DID NOT GET PAID.

Whomever you are trying to contact, you are once again at the wrong site. And you don't need to shout (all caps). Our customer service is fantastic. And we don't charge for our services. So I'm not sure who you were trying to pay. I will say this, however. Most sites that require payment for their services make it very clear on how to pay them since that is how they survive. If you were unable to do so, then the problem may not be with the service provider......

Want to end my mobile contract and i am willing to pay til end of next month but they insist i have to pay out remainder of contract.are they lawfully able to do this?

Hi there,

If you have signed a contract that was made between you and your service provider then you have binded an agreement that you will pay them for the services they provide. The contract should have terms and conditions that you have agreed to, if a set payment per month was required under the contract that means you have to carry it out. Therefore yes, your service provider is lawfully allowed to demand that you pay the remainder of your contract.

Ring your service provider and ask if you can pay an exit fee which is usually just a price set by your service provider multiplied by the remaining months on your contract. You still have to pay money, but its usually cheaper than what you would've been paying if you still carried on with your contract.

I suggest to you before you sign a contract to read through it carefully and consider if you can oblige with the terms and conditions. Many people forget to do this and end up with hefty fees and bad credit ratings.

Hope I have been of assistance to you,

Cheers :)
