SOURCE: HP Photsmart 3210 Printer - Cartridge Access Door

Unplug unit first.
Is the print cartridge docked at the far right? If not, move it from side to side to check for paper jams. Most likely there is an obstruction that will not allow it to travel freely. Once cleared, close the cover and reattach the power cord. Power up and see what happens.

SOURCE: I serviced my pool system

Thank you for posting your question here on Fixya.com.

Two separate issues and my guess is one doesn't have anything to do with the other...Your filter is on the pressure-side of the pump. In other words, the water is being pushed, by the pump, thru the filters, heater if you have it, etc., back to the pool. Any issues in your system on this side of the pump will be evident by a water leak, not air getting into your equipment piping.

At some point during the work you did or possibly just coincidence, your suction side of the pump was damaged or tweaked to allow air in. Everything from the pool to the internal portion of the pump is being pulled. A leak on this side draws in air.

Now you just need to find where. The most common spot is the trap cover gasket. It is inexpensive and you may not see 'damage' to it inspecting it. I'd start with replacing it. While you are at it, carefully inspect the trap cover itself. Even a hairline crack can lead to air penetration; if all else fails you'll need a pressure test performed on the suction line(s) to locate the air leak.

I cant move the jandy valve for pool return which means I can't turn filter on because if I do pool drains into spa.

Have you tried using the three way toggle switch on the JVA? It might be in the locked position.
If the JVA is not working you can always move the valve manually until you replace it.
First, put the directional toggle switch in the locked (center) position.
Second, loosen the retaining screw on top of the JVA handle about half way to three quarter out.
Third, push down on retaining screw firmly to disengage JVA.
Fourth, while pushing firmly on retaining screw rotate valve manually with handle to desired position.

My hayward vari flow control valve when on filter is letting water to realease thru waste,

Thank you for posting your question here on Fixya.com.

You need to replace the gasket inside the valve to stop the leak. The gasket kit is pretty cheap and not too hard to replace. We can try to get you the part number if you can post the valve brand and model. You should be able to call any local pool store with the brand of filter and get the part you need without any trouble.

Appears that the silicone sand is being thrown back into the pool from the return jets? I assume something gave out since the filter is old. What part is needed to replace on the EC65 DE Filter?

Is this a DE filter or a sand filter: Check all internal parts of your DE filter for holes or breaks. There is a hose inside that is suppose to eliminate air locks ... it may be submerged. Same applies to sand ... find the broken lateral or air lock preventing hose.

If you have a DE filter and sand is coming into the pool ... there is definitely a hole returning sand that bathers introduced into the pool ...

You are using DE in your DE filter, right??? not sand ... right???

I LOST MY OWNER MANUAL FOR MY 18X48 EASY SET INTEX POOL AND I DON'T REMEMBER HOW TO SET UP THE PUMP AND FILTER

Attach the hose from the lower part (the pump) to the lower hole (intake) on your pool. The attach the hose from the taller part (the filter part) to the taller hole on your pool.

Open the spigot on both parts of the pool (turn, lift and lock into open position) openings. You'll hear water fill up the filter section. Make sure the knob on top of the filter section is a little open and let the air bleed out. You'll know when it is full of water when it starts spitting water out. Close the top then.

Plug in your pump and turn it on. If it doesn't take much water in at first, reopen up the knob on top of the filter to let more air out. Once it spits water, close that up.

Hope this helps!

Intex 633 lost suction

I have seen a common problem when customers change / clean their filter is that put the DRY clean filter in the skimmer box or filter holder and sometimes it can cause an "air lock"
Just take your garden hose put in the intake outlet of your pool and turn that baby on....If you start seeing air bubbles on the discharge end of the line most likely that was your trouble.
If the problem still persist then at that time look into pump repair / replacement.
Good Luck!

Brand new 2009 model 8111 can't get filer to run

There is an air lock, so it seems. Leave filter off, on top of filter is a valve to let air escape. Keep this open until you get a stady stream of water from oulet, then close. Start pump. Not being a smart ****, besure that the water flow is correct. Skimmer to inlet side, return to pool.
