If you are using windows OS, most probably your Media Player is not support playing the Audio/Video formats, you are playing.

You can download & install the codec latest version for your PC/Laptop "K-Lite Codec Pack or K-Lite Mega Codec Pack" from http://www.free-codecs.com/download/k_lite_codec_pack.htm which will play most of the Audio/Video format.

You can also install the free VLC media Player too.

Hope it helps.

Hi,
check if the computer is on Mute. Check the device manager if the sound device is registeret correct, otherwise you might need to install drivers.

My TV has port for USB I plugged in my USD with movies but it is only giving me options for pictures & Music, what am I doing wront. It lists the movie titles but does not show

Hi,
First of all find the manual for your tv.There are lots of tv which are cable only to show and play pictures and music and will not be able to play movie files. may be the tv you have cames in the same category. Also you have to check the format of the movies in the usb. Also check in the manual that if your tv is able to play movies from usb, then what should be the format. Here i have added a link where you will be able to find the manual of almost all the tvs. as you didnt mentioned any thing about the brand and model number of your tv its not possible to add the exact ling to the manual.

Music too loud voices soft on laptop

1/2 the movies made are like that,
if one movie is ok, and other not , it's the sound mixing
man that made movie. (many are bad)
like when they play loud music over dialog in a drama.
silly but they do,that, . (unlike better movies)
the only cure (hope) is using dolby 5.1 on up
and hope the sound channels can allow you to hear what you want. some content allow the front speakers to be increase for better voice.

The speakers wil not play on the background and the center.

If you connected to a 5.1 surround card and checked and they are connected ok you can hear all the speakers when you play music, movies that are in 5.1 format only. If you want to hear also all of them if you listen to stereo movies/music you must set the sound card to emulate multi channel. Also the player you use to listen music/wath movies must be set to 5.1 and must accept Dolby Digital/ DTS decoding if your sound card doesn't(eg. VLC media player-has integrated DD and DTS decoding and codecs for all tipes/formats).

When trying to play torrent movies on my computer, I get picture and background music and sound but no voice.

Is this every torrent movie you try and watch ?

The site you are getting them from might just be full of junk. There is no reason you should get music/sound but no voice.

Try downloading VLC Media Player.

Note: Downloading movies threw torrent sites is Illegal.

Tower makes noise all the time while playing music movies games

i would open up your case and check that all the fans are operating properly. it sounds like a fan is kicking in as something is overheating. Often clearing out dust and improving airflow by cleaning fansa nd ensuring that you have effective cable management.

Not playing voice but playing music/surround

sounds like you may have a dodgy scart lead.check that none of the pins are loose/damaged. Also check the sound settings on the tv, it may have reset itself to the default sound setting. Or it might just be the audio settings on your dvd player have been adjusted, almost all dvd movies have there own audio adjustments.
