Check with your provider, and make sure you're dialing the numbers right. On MagicJack, or instance, you don't dial a 1 before the number, just area code and number. On other systems, you have to dial a 1 proceeding the entire number. If you're dialing right, and it's still not working, you need to check with your provider. If all is good at their end, your phone may be faulty. Take it into your provider to have it checked out, or check it on another system/circuit/provider.
