The MS Removal Tool is an infection categorized as a rogue anti-spyware program as it pretends to be an anti-virus program. You may need to boot to safe mode to remove it completely. If you cannot do anything, you may want to try System Restore. - Click Start, point to All Programs, point to Accessories, point to System Tools, and then click System Restore. If System Restore does not work, proceed to the next steps. When installed, the infection files will be created in a random named folder such as the ones below: c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\\ c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\\ c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\\.exe In order to view and delete these files you must unhide files and folders.
Double-click on the My Computer icon.
Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
After the new window appears select the View tab.
Put a checkmark in the checkbox labeled Display the contents of system folders.
Under the Hidden files and folders section select the radio button labeled Show hidden files and folders.
Remove the checkmark from the checkbox labeled Hide file extensions for known file types.
Remove the checkmark from the checkbox labeled Hide protected operating system files.
Press the Apply button and then the OK button and shutdown My Computer.

run an anti virus scan(when your computer is unplugged from the internet) and delete the virus. then download(with another computer) COMODO firewall pro. use a usb flash drive to bring the installer over to your infected computer, then install the firewall. if you don't have a virus scanner, download avg freeware 8 (again from another computer). comodo can be downloaded from here . be sure it is the free version.(it works fine, i have it running on several pc's) or take a look at this hope that helps.
